     The 22 principles are: listening, giving and receiving messages, knowing the one, building the group, representing others, love, being the leader, teamwork, counseling, analyzing and using resources, planning, being a master teacher, obedience, managing time, teaching by example, teaching by the Spirit, goal setting, evaluating, delegating initiative, service, and helping others to lead.
